Zemedy is an evidence-based digital therapeutics program designed to support individuals with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) in managing their symptoms, ultimately improving their quality of life.

The core CBT program has been condensed into 6 modules, maximizing its effectiveness in improving gut health. Additionally, Zemedy includes a range of smart tools and exercises that target stress reduction, abdominal and bowel pain, and other related symptoms.

The platform also offers a 7-Day Plan section, enabling users to schedule their IBS-related tasks in advance, as well as a library of engaging content to educate themselves about IBS and digestive system health in general.

Zemedy incorporates a Flare Mode feature, which serves as a reliable tool for quickly alleviating sudden symptoms such as abdominal pain and bloating.

Through Zemedy, users can easily track their mood, stress levels, pain, bloating, and other IBS symptoms. The program also facilitates tracking bowel movements to identify patterns and supports individuals in adopting the low FODMAP diet for improved nutrition.

In addition to the CBT program, Zemedy provides access to tools for practicing the learned skills and more.

Zemedy's effectiveness is grounded in the latest medical research on IBS and benefits from the expertise of its science team specialized in gastroenterology, nutrition, and neuroscience. A clinical trial conducted by the University of Pennsylvania demonstrated significant reductions in IBS symptoms, improvements in quality of life, and decreased stress levels among participants utilizing Zemedy.

When engaging with Zemedy, individuals can expect a 6-week program that is flexible to accommodate their pace. While it is recommended to utilize the program and/or tools daily for optimal results, users have the freedom to set realistic module completion goals.

For additional support throughout the program, users have the option to access a dedicated Health Coach through the App+Coach plan, providing one-on-one physician appointments during their journey.

Zemedy offers auto-renewing subscription options, including a program-only option for $49.99 per 3 months and a program + coaching option for $169.99 per 3 months.

Subscription payments are charged to the user's iTunes Account upon confirmation and will renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the payment period's end. Payments are scheduled 24 hours before each payment period concludes.
